My name is Patricia  González de Servín I have made mini bears since 2003. I live in Zacatecas, México. It is a very beatiful colonial city and it inspires me to make these very unique minis.

I am an Industrial Engineer but enjoy a lot taking care of my family and this wonderful art of making bears hand craft mini bears.

I design the pattern to make bears to measure 2 ½ inches, as I craft them one by one, they never have the same expression and size. When I start cutting the flat material  I can’t imagine how are they going to look like.

To me, the bears represent infinite love. We can give them as birthdays present or to express love and affection to someone, or when we wish someone get well. They are like Ambassadors for our feelings. It is wonderful when some pieces of mohair, velvet or long pile, becomes a beautiful gift to tell our best wishes.
